DOWNTOWN TAMPA EXECUTIVE SUITES

• Take I-275 (North) downtown Tampa.
• Exit in downtown Tampa at Exit 44 (Downtown-East/West).  Keep to your right which is Ashley Dr. Stay on Ashley Dr. until you reach Kennedy Blvd.
• Turn right at Kennedy Blvd and move to the left lane. 
• After crossing the Kennedy Blvd. bridge, the first light will be S. Hyde Park Avenue.
• Turn left at S. Hyde Park Avenue.
• Make an immediate right onto Grand Central Avenue (brick road).
• Grand Central Place will be approximately 50 yards on your right. Look for the green awning and double glass door entrance. We are in Suite 240 of Grand Central Place.

• Take I-275 South to downtown Tampa.
• Exit in downtown Tampa at Exit 45A (Downtown East/West).
• Follow the signs for Downtown-West & Ashley Drive.
• When the exits fork, bear to your right, which is Ashley Dr. Stay on Ashley Dr. until you reach Kennedy Blvd.
• Turn right at Kennedy Blvd move to the left lane. 
• After crossing the Kennedy Blvd. bridge, the first light will be S. Hyde Park Avenue.
• Turn left at S. Hyde Park Avenue.
• Make an immediate right onto Grand Central Avenue (brick road).
• Grand Central Place will be approximately 50 yards on your right. Look for green awning and double glass door entrance. We are in Suite 240 of Grand Central Place.

• Continue West on Kennedy Blvd. across Ashley Drive.
• After crossing the Kennedy Blvd. bridge, the first light will be S. Hyde Park Avenue.
• Turn left at S. Hyde Park Avenue.
• Make an immediate right onto Grand Central Avenue (brick road).
• Grand Central Place will be approximately 50 yards on your right. Look for green awning and double glass door entrance. We are in Suite 240 of Grand Central Place.
